“The news that some lenders are offering those in negative equity better repayment options may come as a blow to first time buyers looking for their first mortgage deal or existing homeowners who have kept up with their repayments. However, anyone looking to get a new mortgage deal can make sure they get the best deal possible by seeking whole of market mortgage advice. Only a whole of market mortgage adviser can access products from the across the market and recommend the best mortgage options for borrowers’ individual circumstances.
