Do i still earn by bonus if i choose to leave my job for personal betterment?
If i chose to leave my job due to a better oportunity, would i still be entitled to the bonus that i had earnt over the previous 3 months? In my job, bonus is paid 3 months in arrears.
Also, i am enrolled in a sharesave scheme, would i be entitled to that money back as well? I am not worried about selling at a higher price, just getting the money i have put into back would be nice!

Answer:
The payment of bonus will depend upon your terms and conditions of employment. If your bonus has been earned up until the date of leaving, it would normally be paid. If it is paid on a discretionary basis your employer may pay nothing.
You are entitled to your money back from a share save scheme. You should check the terms and conditions as you may be offered the right to exercise the scheme early. This generally only applies if you have been made redundant but it is worth checking.
