The ninth annual unbiased.co.uk Media Awards celebrated the media advisers featured on unbiased.co.uk’s Bluebook who provide informed comments, case studies and opinions to more than 400 personal finance journalists throughout the year, producing thousands of pieces of positive media promoting the value of independent professional advice, covering the financial advice, mortgage, accounting and legal sectors.
This is a successful and well received event in the financial services calendar with the awards attracting financial media, influential industry commentators and the IFAs, mortgage advisers, solicitors and accountants who are part of our media services programme.
The awards, with Standard Life as the headline sponsors, were held on the evening of 6 February 2013. The shortlist list was drawn up from the advisers in our directory and the winners were selected by our expert panel of judges including journalists and award sponsors and headed up by Karen Barrett, CEO unbiased.co.uk.
