Unbiased.co.uk, the professional advice website, today announces the shortlist for its eighth annual media adviser awards, celebrating the contributions of independent financial advisers, mortgage advisers and accountants within the media across ten categories.  The award winners will be announced on 7 March at a drinks party at Vanilla in London (131 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 5BB). 

The awards, sponsored by Alliance Trust Savings, Scottish Widows, Schroders, Legal & General, Alquity, Lockton, Lansons Communications, AXA Wealth, Reform and Opinium Research, look to recognise the work of individual advisers who are taking the lead in positioning the advice sector as expert media commentators on financial issues.
