However, the merchandise section of this site is only available to independent financial advisers which are full members of IFA Promotion

If you are an independent financial adviser and you apply to register on our IFA directory we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and the other details required to complete your entry on the directory. This information will be personal data covered by the Data Protection Act 1998 where you are a sole trader or a partnership. If the directory entry contains information relating to individual adviser qualifications this will also comprise personal data. All information on the IFA directory is publicly available information and by applying to be entered on the register you accept that there will be unrestricted access to your directory entries. You acknowledge and agree that such details are not subject to any obligation of confidence. You acknowledge that our permission for you to have a directory entry is automatically revoked if you cease to be a full IFA Promotion Member

When you enter you name, postal address and e-mail address, we may send you a Cookie. This is a small file which may be placed on your computer's hard disk. The Cookie is capable of keeping records, such records include statistics relating to your browsing patterns. These statistics are anonymous, you cannot therefore be identified individually. If you are a member IFA and wish to purchase any of the products shown on the merchandise section of this site, in order to process your order, we need to have from you your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, your credit or debit card number and expiry date and other cardholder details. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to process you order and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the conduct of your account and the delivery of the products

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring usage of this site in order to help us develop this site and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
