Independent Financial Adviser
121 West George Street, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, KA1 4TF
First meeting at adviser's own cost
I prefer old fashioned, face to face advice, and I'm happy to meet you in our Glasgow office, or in the comfort of your own home. Given current travel restrictions, discussions are available via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Facetime, Skype, WhatsApp etc.
I started my banking career back in 1981 and worked through the ranks there for 31 years. Latterly, I was Area Manager for Financial Planning covering Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and Argyll. I became an Independent Financial Adviser after being made redundant, joining Advanta Wealth in April 2020.
Via Advanta Wealth we have specialists in Pensions, Investments, Protection, Mortgages, Personal & Business Insurance.
If I am unable to assist you directly, it is likely that I will be able to provide access to someone who can.

My Role as a financial adviser is to use my skills, to listen, build a long-term relationship and help you, your family and your business plan for the future taking into consideration short, medium- and long-term needs and objectives.
We work with people who are at various stages in their life; whether they are starting to accumulate their wealth, approaching retirement and concerned about what the future holds, past retirement and thinking about leaving a legacy for their loved ones or those who are in a transitional phase in their life such as post divorce or post inheritance. We also specialise in pension transfers and assessing final salary pension transfer values to provide clients with financial security throughout their retirement. Due to the impact of Covid-19 we also have contingency plans in place to continue assisting clients on a remote basis as and when required.
