Hine Downing Financial Services (HDFS) is the trading name of the Professional Financial Centre (Cornwall) Ltd, a firm of Independent Financial Advisers who advise on a 'Whole of Market' basis. HDFS is largely owned by the Partners of Hine Downing Solicitors LLP and is authorised and regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
