A sudden family member illness caused significant disruption to my immediate family, such that I needed to re-assess my property portfolio and release equity at pace. Michael was recommended to me by a personal friend. Michael visited me at my home and conducted a full assessment of my finances which allowed me to plan for the future, including the purchase of a new property. He also advised me on life insurance, savings and making a will. I completed on a new property 6 months after meeting with Michael, and have decided on the relevant life insurance package. I cannot fault the service Michael offered. He took a personal interest in my family's situation and drove numerous times to my home address (often on a weekend) to ensure that my mortgage application was processed in an efficient and timely fashion. I needed Pension advice regarding a Final Salary Pension, and approaching 55 I wanted to ensure my financial investments were in order. Mike was able to advise on, and then perform a Final Salary Transfer for me. He has also facilitated 2 other pension transfers to optimise my investments. He was also able to give general advice on a family matter, and has drafted a will for me. At this early stage of our relationship, Mike has done everything I have asked, and given me options to think about.

I have now received all my pension monies directly into my bank account so that I can decide what to do with my pension rather than being pushed towards poor quality annuity schemes or other dubious financial plans with high admin costs and very little growth earnings. Mike worked hard on my behalf and I have a lot to thank him for. I found him honest, direct, expert and ethical in all his dealings with me. He worked for me and not for the big financial institutions. I am happy to recommend him to others who might need financial advice that is fair, honest and in their best interests.
