What our clients say
I contacted The Pension Planner to help sort out my private pension to enable me to retire rather than wait another 5 years to receive state pension. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Andrew and Holly. Andrew's clear explanations and patience helped me to understand my options, which I had previously found to be a 'minefield' of confusion. Holly kept me up to date with the progress both by email and telephone and I found her to be helpful and professional. Thanks to Andrew and Holly, I am now enjoying retirement and would have no hesitation in recommending The Pension Planner to others.
Lorraine, Trust Pilot Review
As my age is creeping up I thought it about time I got to grips with planning my retirement and i needed to understand all the information that has come my way over the years. As expected, the information and advice was given in a very clear manner and I felt as if I, at last, understood the decisions I were about to make. Since becoming a client the service has been top class and I would recommend the pension planner without hesitation.
Judith, Trust Pilot Review
I would recommend The Pension Planner for people like me who have several pensions that they need to bring together as one. From day one they have always been helpful and quick to respond when I needed help or advice. I now have just one pension with a major provider which makes it so much easier for me to follow.
Chris, Trust Pilot Review
I contacted The Pension Planner because I had two pension pots which I thought may be able to perform better if I consolidated them into one. Andrew Hursthouse and his excellent team thoroughly investigated both pensions including challenging one of the pension providers resulting in a 33% increase in the value of that pension. Ultimately, having taken my risk profile into account, Andrew advised that the best course of action was for me to put the two pensions into payment myself (with his telephone assistance if required) and that The Pension Planner would make no charge for the services provided to date. In view of the service I received, the regular progress updates and approach-ability of The Pension Planner, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
