In the current market it is increasingly common for an Agreement in Principle to be required prior to viewing or offering on any properties and I would always recommend this stage is completed as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Once approved and you've found your new property, we are then able to proceed with your full mortgage application and my team and I will be on hand to liaise with all parties involved and support you through to completion.
