I am a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in the Leicestershire Area with True Potential Wealth Management. I can offer a Whole of Market Mortgage service to my clients (not including deals that you can only obtain by going direct to a lender.)
This service includes reviewing your existing Mortgage, arranging further borrowing, house moves, Buy to Let purchases, and First-Time buyer mortgages.
I can also review your existing Protection policies and give advice on your protection needs for yourself and your family. This service includes Mortgage Protection, Life Protection, Critical Illness, and Income Protection.
I can also give advice on Equity Release, and Long Term Care Insurance (Protection only).
Using my wealth of experience to help you with your Mortgage and Protection needs, in an efficient and professional way. I am based in Leicestershire but can offer a remote mortgage service outside of this area. I can also help with your Equity Release enquiries, and Long Term Care Insurance (Pure insurance) enquiries.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
• We offer non-investment protection products (e.g. term assurance, income protection, critical illness and buildings, and contents from a range of insurers.)
• We give clients the option to pay for mortgage advice by fee rather than commission.
