What our clients say
We successfully completed our application for equity release with Lifetime Equity in July 2019 after personal recommendation. We wasted a whole year previously applying for equity release with another provider who rejected the application for a minor technical reason. Once, we made an application to Lifetime Equity Release, the whole process took no more 3 months to complete and the money was paid into our bank account. All advice and conversations were conducted by telephone and email and we had total trust in the confidentiality of the discussion's without being pressurised in any way. This avoided making appointments and having face-to-face meetings, which would have delayed the process. The only time a personal meeting had to be arranged was when the house survey and final signatures were made, and this was also carried out with great speed. The financial adviser (Andrew Goudie) was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. The appointed solicitor (Ashfords) was also very professional in conducting proceedings, and all correspondence were transferred very quickly using 1st class mail. Furthermore, the offer of other services like Lasting Power of Attorney and Will writing was also offered without any pressure and at highly competitive rates.
We highly recommend Lifetime Equity Release for equity release and associated requirements. Trevor and Viv.

I must say that having spoken to you over the phone, I found you friendly and very knowledgeable on equity release. I did see one other advisor, from a larger company than yours.
It didn’t take me too long to decide to go ahead with you, it just felt right, and these days I tend to follow my instincts. You did really seem to care about providing a solution to my financial needs at my time of life. All went smoothly once I’d made the decision to go ahead, and it was quick and painless.
I’ve already recommended you to a couple of friends, which I think proves how happy I was with your advice.
I’ll just end by saying that I did text the other advisor once I’d made my decision, to say thank you but I’d decided to use you. I was even more sure that I’d made the right decision, as he didn’t even have the decency to reply !!
Thanks again, great job 👍

You recently helped me to obtain an equity release, on very favourable terms, for which I am very grateful. Your service was fast, efficient, friendly, and trouble-free. It also included all the necessary information for making the choice of equity release, in the first place.
You provided a first class service.
