“Hard to imagine a better service”
I almost wish I did have something negative or even neutral to say about the mortgage advice we received from Prudell, just to give this review some light and shade, but being realistic and reflecting our experience accurately only allows me to write in the most positive and glowing of terms. Every individual mortgage application has it's own nuances and challenges, but our's was particularly complex and our advisor at Prudell has secured for us the most perfect product and has driven the process forward in a way that was not only clearly communicated and tailored to our requirements and as stress free as possible, but which also enabled us to buy and now live in the property we so dearly wanted to attain. We could easily have missed out and Prudell created the momentum for the sale and purchase by going out into the market and finding the perfect product for us. Leading up to that, we asked for countless different scenarios of sale and purchase price, length of mortgage, and every different calculation was provided quickly and with a positive helpful "we're here to help" attitude.
