What our clients say
Steve has now set up three mortgages for me, each time he has been very professional, explaining things along the way with great clarity. I recommended Solent Financial Services to a friend who is also very pleased with the service. I've used other mortgage brokers in the past - but Steve comes out top of the pile by a mile!
Mr B, Gosport
I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and Teresa Hunka, Solent Financial Services. They provided a very friendly, highly professional and competent service, no pressure sell. Steve took time to explain all my options and went over and above expectations! I will definitely contact them in the future, thank you!’
Mrs M, Fareham
We had a pleasure of having Steve as our mortgage advisor who deserves an award for outstanding service. Not only did Steve find us the best mortgage rate when compared to the banks but he gave an extremely efficient and professional service. He clearly has a detailed knowledge of his business but what really made the difference was his close consideration of our situation as well as a real attention to what we were looking for. Steve went the extra distance to get our application processed within a really tight deadline (we only had 4 weeks to exchange contracts) and kept us informed throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Solent Financial Services again and we would definitely recommend their services.
Mike Mihhailov, Southampton
We have used Steve as our mortgage advisor for our last two house purchases and for our Buy to Let mortgages.
I believe Steve has always found us the best deals, his advise is of the highest standard, always honest and correct.
Steve is always quick to respond, very knowledgeable with all aspects of the housing market and as others have said will go above and beyond with his help.
Steve and Solent Financial Services would be my only choice now and in the future.
