We do not charge a broker fee for advising on a mortgage amount of £350k+. Our fees for smaller mortgages are fair & competitive.
£250k - £350k = £295 broker fee
£150k - £250k = £395 broker fee
£150k or less = £495 broker fee
If we levy a broker fee then we will refund the fee in full if we cannot get an application in principle accepted for you.

We give face to face and advice over the phone/internet. We have an office near Victoria station and you are welcome to visit us to discuss your needs.
