I have been an IFA for 17 years. Prior to this I was an employee of Royal Life and Royal Sun Alliance still advising clients; a total of 30 years. We have both a male and a female advisors, both aged 50 plus.
Our client base is predominantly aged 55 plus.
The majority of work undertaken is Pension Drawdown and Consolidation; Investing for Income, Equity Release and Long Term Care advice/avoidance.
We have specialist qualifications for dealing in Long Term Care, (Nursing Home Bonds); Equity Release; Home Reversion Schemes; Impaired and Enhanced Annuities (pensions for clients who have medical problems) and Mortgages.
We Offer an asset tracking and advice service.
Auto Enrolment and Protection work undertaken for Corporate clients.
Almost all clients come to the office between 9-6.
Saturday appointments available by arrangement, First initial meeting free then fees based advice on going.
We find we have an empathy with the older client and fully understand their needs and worries. We are experts in Equity Release and Long Term Care. We are a small enough company to care and put the client first. We are fully independent and the fund ranges we use reflect this. We always respond to emails and calls within a couple of hours at most. We do NOT charge for ad hoc advice once you are a client. We send out six monthly reports to all clients and make sure that the clients understand the content.
