He outlined the various options available to me, selected pension plans which met my needs reflecting the changes in legislation which also had lower charges than my current provision. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? To date yes, he has also helped to allay some of my concerns with the volatility in the financial markets by ensuring I have the opportunity to adjust my level of risk as appropriate What could they have done better? To date very little if anything!
