Daniel took the time to fully understand my needs and my current financial situation, he spoke to me as a human and didn't blind me with jargon but ensured that I understood what we discussing and took time to explain the differences in cover available and the features and benefits of each. Daniel asked what was most important to me and how much I was able to spend on cover and used this as a basis of the quotes he then obtained for me. The most important thing he did for me was to take the trouble to fully explain the products and enable me to decide between a level of cover which decreased over the term or a lump sum which could be invested to give a monthly return as well as maintaining the "pot of cash" at the end.
