What were the circumstances that caused you to look for an IFA? Recent retirement plus an increasing awareness that I was not making the best use of my investment funds. Tom was one of three independent financial consultants that my wife and I vetted and, quite honestly, he blew the competition out of the water. How did Thomas Richardson help you? Tom conducted a full financial review and followed it up with specific and detailed recommendations tailored to my specific circumstances. Costs were clearly explained at each stage and there was no pressure at any point. What is your current situation? Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? The recommended investments have been made but it is too early to assess the outcomes, particularly in the current turbulent market. However, I do feel confident in the quality of the advice received, which has given me great peace of mind. What could they have done better? Nothing - the personal service, attention to detail and demonstrable professional knowledge and experience were excellent. The fees, whilst substantial, were very competitive and clearly laid out up-front. There was no pressure of any kind and it was a genuine please to deal with Thomas.
