What our clients say
Despite many years in finance generally, I was more than confused as to the complexities of the reducing Lifetime Allowance, when combined with my imminent 75th birthday. Andrew Hursthouse has been extremely helpful in suggesting the best way forward and in 'holding my hand' through the process. I am very much impressed and would not hesitate to recommend The Pension Planner. Thank you!
Geoff, Trust Pilot Review
I've never consulted a Financial Adviser before so this was a very new experience. I found Andrew Hursthouse very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and helpful with his follow up advice. I'd recommend Pension Planner to people like me approaching retirement, who've given little thought to pensions and financial planning. I'll happily go back to Andrew to seek financial advice in future.
Dianna, Trust Pilot Review
Nick set up an “auto-enrolment” scheme for our company which has been easy to implement and enabled us to offer pension benefits to our employees. The scheme offers easy to use “apps” for individual financial monitoring, and client support for any queries you may have. Nick came into our company and spoke to each member of staff to make them aware the whole process. He has a very supportive and caring approach, which differentiates dramatically from previous experiences and makes for a refreshing approach to pensions!

Wonderfull Company Sorry in advance for the lengthy review,( so much to say ) I am due to retire next July and got to thinking that i had better begin to gather some information about my private pension and what's on offer on the market as regards annuities. I Knew very little about pensions and all the jargon that is used, and in today's world financial situation i wouldn't know where to start. So i started looking at reviews of local IFA's and the reviews were good on the whole , but one stood out from the rest with the most positive reviews of all was The Pension Planner .My wife and i made an appointment to see Andrew Hursthouse at our home one evening to discuss our finances and in particular pensions. Andrew arrived and we got to work,he listened to all our needs and concerns ,then guided us through all the stages that would have to be gone through ,he also spoke of various options we would be able to choose from,if we didn't understand he put it into terms that we did understand which was brilliant. It took a few week for all the information to be collated from my Pension Provider but we had regular calls from a lovely lady her name is Holly Evans in the office to let us know what had come and what was due to come which we appreciated . Andrew came back to see us having received all the information he required,He had done a full assessment of all our pensions and guided through how to maximise my pension to suit our needs in our retirement. He is very knowledgable and trustworthy, and conducted everything in a professional manner and explaining all in a language we could understand and very patient . As a result of using The Pension Planner we now have plans in place for our future retirement knowing in our opinion the best advice, and would definitely advise anyone needing assistance with any financial matter to use The Pension Planner. Andrew Hursthouse is a real professional working for a professional Company Thank you very much indeed....Mr & Mrs KT Ashmore
