I made an appointment with Nasreen as I needed help and advise with my pension and life insurance. I wasn't sure if I had the right pension or if I had an old pension somewhere and if it was worth anything and didn't know where and how to look into this. Nasreen done everything for me and more. Nasreen gave me information on how to look into an old pension and the value of it, also I had a life insurance policy and didn't really know exactly what it covered, she looked into the policy and found a better one for me which was the right cover that I needed. Nasreen came out to see me when it suited me, my appointments were after work or on a weekend so I didn't have to take any time out of work, everything is explained clearly and very easy to understand, and she is a very friendly person. All information given to me was clear and I was very happy with the recommendations given.
