Ian ensured the mortgage and protection was fully covered and explained the process to reduce the stress in this arera of a house purchase. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for? A good search of the mortgage market and aligned protection removed the need to worry about this part of buying a property. Speedy execution was critical to reach the intended result. What could they have done better? Apart from taking over the whole process, hard to see where Ian could have helped more in the process.
