Blue Cat was founded by me, Katie Sherjan. Having worked in the housing market for 25 years and having had experience of mortgage advisors good and bad, large and small I wanted to set up a truly independent, transparent and friendly service where people are given the time they need to talk through their needs without being rushed, to allow those new to the property market to ask what they may perceive to be ‘stupid’ or ‘basic’ questions and to provide prompt answers and as many options as possible. I have an in depth knowledge of housing in the South of England, especially Devon and Cornwall where I am based. Having worked in housing for a considerable number of years I am knowledgeable and experienced in the buy to let and rental markets and I am always happy to offer advice in this area too.
