My experience as a first time buyer was worlds apart from what I envisaged it would be thanks to John. My apprehension to get the ball rolling with it was quickly dissolved as soon as I spoke to John over the phone. Being a first time buyer and not knowing a great deal about the mortgage process can make that first call a daunting one, however after only minutes on the phone to John I felt a weight off my shoulders. His reassuring and personal approach really made me feel at ease. Upon meeting John it was apparent that he cared about me as a customer, he made me feel valued and continues to do so 2 years on. My mortgage needs will now always go through John and I am forever grateful for all he has done so far.

I had a conversation with John over the phone and then met him at his house, I found him to be very efficient, knowledgable and great listener to understood my issues. He put me at ease immediately and by the end of our meeting I felt very confident that John would be able to sort out my Finances.
