As the company name suggests my name is Clive Ingram and I have now been a Financial Adviser since October 1981. Our main lines of business are; Mortgages (including Equity Release), Pensions, Investments and Life Cover.
Over the years the business has grown and is now very much a family business. My wife Lindsay carries out the day to day case checks and ensures clients are kept in touch with updates. My son, Darryl also joined the business in as a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
So, more importantly, what does this mean to all our existing and potential new clients?
Service - We aim to give our clients an excellent service. Simple things matter, for example, getting back to someone when you say will is so important, even if you haven’t sorted out the issue, just getting in touch with an update is all that’s needed. Our aim is to always keep the client happy.
Costs - Our business is run from home which means our costs are at the absolute minimum and as a result in 99% of cases we can arrange a mortgage free of charge. We can do this because the commission paid by the lenders is sufficient to cover the work we do.
