These are organised as a series of documented policies and procedures which are reviewed and updated regularly; any changes are communicated to all staff.
In addition to our policies and procedures we monitor our performance in key areas, including client satisfaction, and ensure that regulatory deadlines are met and professional indemnity is maintained.

Advisers and support staff are checked for ‘fit and proper conduct’ and are subject to adequate supervision. Our in house training and competence programmes ensure staff knowledge is always up to date; we always work within government guidelines and codes of business practice.

A recent external audit initiated by us from Financial Services Training Partners reviewed our processes and procedures to ensure we are ready for the upcoming Senior Management Certifications Regime. Their summary stated ‘A strong ethical culture is communicated clearly throughout the business and is also clear in the documentation, processes and procedures reviewed.’
