Nikki is happy to carry out appointments face to face, via Zoom or over the telephone.  The initial appointment will be to gather as much information as possible on your current situation and to find out what you would like to do next.

Taking all this information into consideration, she will then do extensive research (having access to over 300 different mortgage products) and come back to you with her recommendations.  Together you can decide which is the best option to enable you to achieve your goal.  Nikki will then deal with the application to secure a mortgage offer from your chosen lender.  She will liaise with the lender, estate agent (if purchasing), solicitor etc. and keep you updated every step of the way until successful completion.

Purchasing a property or changing your mortgage can be a very stressful time, but with the right person working for you who will deal with confusing paperwork, deal with legal jargon, explain things clearly and update you at a time of day that suits you, it does not have to be stressful.
