Amanda is amazing! She has just completed a re-mortgage for us that we honestly did not think we would get. She seems to work 24/7 and communicates effectively throughout the whole process. She is very thorough often with a plan B ready if anything goes wrong. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and provides excellent advice. Not ticking the standard "Permanent" employee box, the thought of attaining a mortgage was somewhat daunting. However, after reading the reviews, we decide to contact Amanda, and from the very first call she was down to earth, polite, helpful and certain she could help.
