What our clients say
Succeeds where other advisor's fail We had initially used a large national company of mortgage advisers to find a mortgage, but they were unable to secure us a mortgage and suggested we go for adverse credit lenders. I contacted a few local independent MA and got a wide range of answers, from "no way" to "leave it with me there may be one adverse lender to try". Darren from <url hidden> was different, he was confident which lenders would be suitable and named them in our initial phone conversation (a refreshing change from others who were overly cagey). We knew at that point he would be our best chance. He kept us well informed throughout the process and chased up the lender when they seemed to be taking longer than expected. We secured a mortgage with a high street lender, so normal rates. We now have a house of our own and will be paying less in mortgage than we were for our rented one-bedroom flat we are leaving. Thank you Darren!
Nic Chilton, Leeds
Saved us a small fortune twice (sort of!) Our current mortgage product was coming to an end and we wanted to know what our options were. Darren was fantastic to deal with giving us great advice and informing us of the choices we have. With his expert help we did a product transfer with the same lender saving us over £300 a month! We couldn't believe how easy it was to save so much money. We really didn't need to do anything! With us saving so much we decided to look into the option of getting some further borrowing and Darren again was excellent in looking at what we could do. We are now in the position of getting the extension and new kitchen we didn't think we would be able to afford for sometime and we are still paying less each month than was we did before! To top it all off I asked Darren to look at the options with another property we own and again we saved around £100 a month on that mortgage! Good work Darren
