I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Maltby Financial services to re-mortgage my property. I've always found the process of speaking with the Bank, as incredibly stressful. This is mainly because there is no real point of contact these days. With Maltby, you get to speak with real, friendly people ( thanks Nick) who take the time to do things properly. After a couple of meetings we were good to go. My payments have reduced dramatically and I'm pencilled in for a review towards the end of the product term - so there's no need to worry.
