We had a bit of a rush on a Friday evening to try and get a mortgage in principle for house going to best and final on the Monday. I filled in my details online and an adviser from mortgage 1st called me back on the Saturday to clarify details. It wasn’t a straight forward mortgage in principle but she went above and beyond all weekend and even working through Sunday (her day off!!) to get the paperwork we needed to be able to place the bid on the Monday. The team spoke to me most days and made the whole process as smooth as it could be. All in all I could not have asked for more and would highly recommend.
