We were first time buyers with no knowledge about the process of buying a house. The staff at mortgage first were patient and took the time to explain the process and different reports, etc. Clearly. They were great with communication and really prompt, we never felt like we had to chase them for anything. Everything was sorted in about 2 months and we felt very supported the entire time. Would recommend in a heartbeat and look forward to using them again for future needs.

Our adviser was exceptional and went far beyond his role in order to help us. Responses were quick and he answered any questions we had. Buying a house would have been so much harder, perhaps not even doable given the tight time schedule we were given, without his aid.

I don’t often write reviews but this company definitely deserve one! Our mortgage adviser was efficient, approachable, friendly and professional at all times. He worked on finding us the best mortgage deal and also life insurance which we are extremely happy with. Every question (and there were many!) was answered in an extremely timely, detailed and helpful manner. Nothing was too much to ask. He made the process of buying our first home so much easier and we would highly recommend him to anyone - in fact I already have! He is a credit to the company!
