We were first time buyers with no knowledge about the process of buying a house. The staff at mortgage first were patient and took the time to explain the process and different reports, etc. Clearly. They were great with communication and really prompt, we never felt like we had to chase them for anything. Everything was sorted in about 2 months and we felt very supported the entire time. Would recommend in a heartbeat and look forward to using them again for future needs.

Our mortgage adviser was absolutely amazing! I could not recommend her more highly. She made the whole process so stress free and efficient advising me about everything from the big stuff to all the little clueless questions I had. She was so supportive and went above and beyond to support and help me. She's happy to communicate via quick email which means its really easy to move forward even with a hectic work life (no playing phone with missed calls when you've been in meetings). I couldn't have done any of it without her… I would not have even known I could buy!
