I often get asked what makes us different from any other broker. Firstly, it is the willingness to go above and beyond for our clients to help them purchase or refinance a property.
This means that there are very few problems that we have not seen be it during the finance side of a deal or the legals. We endeavour to find solutions by working with our lenders and the client's Solicitor to get to completion of a deal.
We feel that finance is a relationship based business so that is why we try to maintain relationships with the business development managers at the lenders to help us get our cases through.
We have a lot of success in relation to self employed clients as well as employed clients due to having our own in-house Accountant.
We like to help our clients and that is why we are not just here for the initial transaction but all product switches, remortgages or property moves in the future.
The best thing a client can do is refer us to their friends and family and that is something that we are very grateful for.
