Richard and Tom have been absolutely amazing in helping us to achieve our goals. My husband and I had what can only be described as a very tricky and complicated application and we had been to many other companies that we are unable to help us. Richard was our mortgage broker for our recent home purchase. We can only describe him as a live saver! In spite of both of us having good paying, very secure jobs (even during the pandemic) and also have substantial savings, we were having trouble setting up a mortgage. Our bank had been stringing us along for two months. In desperation we decided to start again with a mortgage broker. We contacted Richard on a Fri evening, he worked through the weekend making sure he had everything he needed from us and we got a commitment from a new bank literally a week later! Throughout the entire purchase process, he was by far the most helpful and responsive person we worked with! It was our first-time buying property in the UK so there was a lot we either did not know or were not sure about and he was always the most candid, responsive, and reliable source of information.
