What our clients say
Richard has been my mortgage adviser for several years now and I have recommended him to family and friends. What impresses most about Richard is that he will always research the whole mortgage market for me and when he recommends a mortgage, the application is always successful.
Paul E, London
We had a complex situation which required releasing equity from our buy-to-let portfolio to allow us to assist a parent to buy a retirement home, Richard arranged and co-ordinated 3 mortgages, the whole process was seamless.
Karl G, Weymouth
I was buying my first buy to let property and at the age of 66 I did not think this was possible, Richard arranged the mortgage and additional funds to allow me to complete the refurbishment, fantastic service from Richard and Michelle. Thank you!
Pat S, Salisbury
We were in a difficult situation, well at least we thought we were until Richard explained the options available to us. We had come to the end of term with our current lender, Richard arranged an equity release mortgage for us and liaised with our current lender until we had completed our new mortgage, this made the process totally stress free. Thank you, Richard.
John N, Edinburgh
Richard helped my mother with a complex property issue, we urgently needed a buy-to-let mortgage on a property, but this required an incorrect entry on my mother’s credit file to be removed and for the title to be split at the Land Registry. Other brokers simply said it can’t be done, no matter what obstacles were thrown at us, Richard calmly and patiently ploughed on and we have achieved all our objectives.
George K, Kent
Some years ago, Richard arranged a mortgage for my parents, my mother is now 90 years of age and needed her mortgage term extending with her current lender. I tried do this myself and released that this was a job for a professional. Richard managed to extend the mortgage for another 5 years which lower mortgage payments. I asked Richard how much we owed him for this service and he simply said, ‘no charge, just happy I can help’.
