I didn't have the time to visit individual banks to work out which was the best mortgage given my circumstances and equally I didn't want to use a comparison website; I'm aware that Mortgage Brokers have access to rates and mortgage products that the general consumer might not. Tom gathered my requirements without too much difficulty, understood my aims and sourced appropriate lenders and mortgages. These were then whittled down to which would meet with my need and credit history. I asked for particular requirements and Tom Mullarkey sourced the mortgage, very good rates, within budget and we all seamlessly conducted.
