From our very first meeting Sanjay helped make the whole process easy to get to grips with, was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure we felt reassured and at ease. Sanjay was very responsive and available whenever we needed him. We honestly feel he worked too hard! The whole mortgage process has been easy and quick no matter what it was, and he did what he could to help the conveyancing process and keep us informed.
