David Rose of Sterling Welsh arranged my mortgage for me. From the moment I made the offer on our new home he was absolutely excellent. Throughout the whole process I felt I had a very powerful advocate who was totally committed to making this happen. I am self-employed, which isn't the easiest of circumstances for mortgage application! However David made the process seamless and painless. I don't usually rate. But Sterling Welsh are special. Six weeks ago I had no idea that I could buy a house, have insurances, find a Solicitor who works With me not just files my accounts etc, etc. But a House? No chance. I met Dai - 4 weeks ago, and since that time he and his team have totally turned my life around. I really can't believe how much these guys have changed my life. 4 years ago, I lay dying for 6 months in hospital from multiple organ failure, sepsis, double pneumonia, etc, and then they discharged me to no home. so I spent a year living on the streets homeless. Since then I've fought hard to take on every challenge step by step, but no way could I, me, l own a house.
