A recent survey of more than 200 advisers conducted by AXA Life Invest found that 54 per cent believe it is important for consumers to be able to be able to compare adviser costs. Karen Barrett says the results highlight the importance of consumers understanding the services offered for the costs quoted and then be able to make a 'value' judgement. In the same survey, two-thirds of advisers responded that proving the value of what they do is the biggest challenge they face. Read the whole article.
