Hollywood has the Oscars - and financial advisers have the Media Awards! This week we hosted our eleventh annual awards ceremony, to recognise and celebrate the advisers and journalists who help consumers to become more aware of the value of advice.
Once again we'd like to congratulate all the winners and those receiving commendations, and thank everyone who joined us for a wonderful evening. You can take a look at some of the highlights of the night here, with coverage across FT Adviser and Professional Adviser.

We've seen some great coverage and campaigning for TaxAction 2015, in which we're raising national awareness of how much tax everyone is wasting simply by not taking action. There's never been a better time to promote the value of advice, so we've asked some fellow industry heads to share their best tax tips for the coming year. You can find them here. But can you do better? Join the discussion and see who's the tax saving champ!
