Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: Unbiased Ltd (company no. 06775878), whose registered office is Unbiased Ltd, 32-38 Saffron Hill, London EC1N 8FH.
2. Employees of Unbiased Ltd or their immediate family members or employees of agents, clients or suppliers of/to Unbiased Ltd, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. To take part in the prize draw, you must complete the Unbiased Customer Survey and your full contact details requested in question 10. No purchase necessary.
5. Unbiased Ltd, accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Unbiased Ltd.
6. The closing date for entry is 11.59 28 February 2021.  After this date no further entries will be considered.
7. There are 4 prizes available: 4 x £25 Amazon e-vouchers.
8. No alternative prizes are available and prizes are non-transferable.
9. The winners (4 individuals in total) will be selected at random within 60 days of the survey closing.
10. The winners of the competition will be picked randomly by Unbiased Ltd in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be notified via email within 60 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 working days of notification they will forfeit the prize and Unbiased Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner (the replacement winner shall also be subject to the same claim process set out in this clause). If a winner rejects their prize, or is in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Unbiased Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner who will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw date. The winner must claim the prize within 5 working days from the notification being sent.  If we do not hear from you during this time frame, the prize will be withdrawn and a winner re-selected (who will be subject to the same process).
11. The prize will be sent to the winner via email.
12. The winner's' name will be available 60 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Unbiased Ltd, 32-38 Saffron Hill, London EC1N 8FH.
13. Unbiased reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
