Survey prize draw terms and conditions
1. Unbiased (company no. 06775878), whose registered office is 32-38 Saffron Hill, London, England, EC1N 8FH, is offering this prize draw.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Unbiased, their relatives, and Unbiased contractors, affiliates, or partners, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the prize draw.
3. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
4. Only fully completed surveys will qualify for entry into the prize draw. Incomplete surveys will not be considered.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6. The closing date for entry will be Wednesday 25 February 2026 at 12pm. After this time, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
7. Unbiased can accept no responsibility for entries not received.
8. By completing the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance of winning a £250 Amazon voucher.
9. All entrants will be entered into a prize draw, with a winner selected at random on Wednesday 18 March 2026.
10. Unbiased reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate this prize draw in whole or in part at any time but will notify any entrants as soon as possible if this is the case.
11. Any fraudulent activity or abuse relating to the prize draw may result in forfeiture of the voucher for the winner.
12. The prize is one £250 Amazon voucher. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The winner will be selected using a randomised, independently verifiable process.
14. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by [email protected]. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 14 days, Unbiased reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same randomised process.
15. Unbiased will notify the winner when and where the prize is to be delivered, which will be by email unless otherwise arranged.
16. Unbiased’s decision regarding the prize draw is final. No appeals or disputes regarding the selection process will be entertained or entered into.
17. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. We are obliged to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply, we will send the surname and county of any winner to anyone who writes to 32-38 Saffron Hill, London, England, EC1N 8FH, within one month after the closing date stated above. If you object to any or all of this information being published or made available, contact us at [email protected]. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request, including the survey responses.
