We are a medium-sized practice with over a decade's experience helping small business owners. We are based in London, but have clients throughout the UK. We work with businesses across all industries, ranging from recruitment consultancies and pharmaceutical researchers to hauliers and food wholesalers. 

We will take the time to understand your business (at no charge) before putting together a proposal of how we can support you. We can help with bookkeeping and management accounting, payroll, tax advice, business structuring and share schemes. 

We enjoy working with small businesses and their owners to navigate whatever challenges they face, whether it's day-to-day accounting, cashflow management and raising finance, or structuring a deal to sell their business. We usually work on a fixed fee basis, so you will always know what our fees are going to be in advance.
