We arrange an initial chat to ensure this is something we can help with and then from there arrange a more detailed meeting to take the full information  to establish your circumstances, budget and affordability and then explain maximum or recommended lending, which lenders would be suitable,  what costs and fees are involved, timescales and expected payments. We will also run through what insurances may be suitable.

We will handle all the processing and paperwork for the mortgage right through to completion.
