Having been in the financial services industry for over 8 years I have extensive knowledge and am committed. I began my career as an Apprentice Administrator for a very successful Financial Services company, I was then promoted to Practice Manager within the same company where I developed my passion and expertise to become an Adviser.

My dedication and commitment to the industry has enabled me to gain invaluable experience in meeting clients’ mortgage and protection needs and I also have extensive knowledge of the process from various levels within the industry.

I have a particular passion for working with First Time Buyers and strive to complete more complex cases. I receive significant satisfaction when these cases complete.

I strongly believe in taking the time to get to know my clients individually and on a more personal level. This leads me to have a great understanding of what is important to them, and, by doing so, by the end of the process I can refer to them as a friend!

Personally, I feel the key to being an effective adviser is having the ability to listen to and connect with clients to tailor my approach and services to their needs.
