Typically we charge a fee of £499 for arranging a mortgage, however the actual fee will depend on your circumstances and will not exceed 1.5% of the mortgage amount. The fees may be waived subject to the terms of the fee waiver agreement.

As mortgage advisors, we also give you the option of paying a fee for mortgage advice, with any commission being returned to you. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Not all Buy to Let Mortgages are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
