What our clients say
"We are both self-employed with a 17 month old daughter. Our home needed an extension, and we applied for a top-up mortgage for home improvements. Regents Court Financial took care of our case, with efficiency and prompt telephone responses, when required."
With two divorces behind her and the consequential reduction in her assets, she needed to cash to preserve her chosen lifestyle. Having spoken to a financial adviser and two building societies, without success, her solicitor recommended she talk to Regents Court Financial.
Andrew Clothier interviewed her at length and was happy to recommend an "equity release" arrangement. This proposal was fully discussed with her two sons and daughter, and all were happy that this course of action was appropriate.
Mrs S T_H was delighted with the service she received from Regents Court Financial, and she would be happy to recommend the firm to her friends and family.
"I approached The Mortgage Works, Halifax Bank and RBS with no luck. I found Regents Court Financial via " ." Andrew Clothier placed my case with The Darlington Building Society . Great service and a great deal".
"I am a Bookkeeper, Account Manager in my partner's Ltd; company security firm. A bank referral and solicitor's letter were all I needed to supply, for Andrew Clothier to arrange our new house purchase. Can I thank you all at your team for all your hard work and patience helping us to buy the flat in Llandudno. We very much appreciate it.
The hard work starts now, but that should keep M out of trouble :)
"We had a difficult situation to resolve. My daughter and her husband were to receive a substantial deposit by way of a gift, to assist in their house purchase. This was not looked upon favourably by many lenders, but Andrew Clothier's knowledge and experience enabled him to find a suitable lender, quickly and efficiently.
In my later years, I did not believe that a mortgage adviser could provide me with a suitable financial arrangement. Being independent, Andrew Clothier researched the whole of the mortgage market and came up with the perfect solution for me. I was very happy with the outcome and have recommended Regents Court Financial on several occasions."
"It quickly became clear that this is where being truly independent is an advantage; nationwide there were only six mortgage providers which met my needs, Andrew then engaged with each of them to weigh up the best option for me. The whole experience has been refreshingly straight forward with great attention to detail, and a can-do attitude."
"We are two full time teachers, but with two divorces in our backgrounds, with consequentially reduced credit ratings. We had banked with Santander and HSBC for many years, but neither would help in the purchase of our new home. We came across Regents Court Financial on the internet. Being independent, they were able to take our whole situation into account, and an application was made to The Tipton Building Society. An offer was made. We have already recommended Andrew Clothier and his team to friends and family."
"Our lender agreed to our new mortgage request, and changed their mind before we completed our purchase. We were recommended to Regents Court Financial by friends, and we bought the house as intended. They took all the stress away and did exactly what they said they would do. A great team."

We concentrate on our clients needs.
Whilst we use sophisticated industry software to help make an analysis, we are aware of it's limitations. We often find the most appropriate lender, by sitting in quiet room and ringing those we know have a sympathetic ear.
Usually there are no short cuts - just hours of intrepid 'phone conversations!
